pop-up shop, gallery

July 2021 - August 2021

Outrage to Change was a series of pop-up shops featuring local BIPOC artists hosted by businesses on historic Main Street Ames. This effort was organized by Octagon Center for the Arts in response to the events and shift in public consciousness following the murder of George Floyd.

Invited artists were given funding by the community and Octagon Center for the Arts in order to create work in support of the summer’s events.
